Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information The Mailer System (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you fill in the application form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, email address, phone number, what you sell, where you do business, the customer value you pick, and any notes you add. We also record the page you applied from and the time you submitted.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type so the page can be delivered and protected from abuse.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether we are a fit.
- To contact you about your application by phone or email.
- To keep a record of the applications we receive.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter.
Who handles it
The site and the application form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are downloaded. Each provider handles that information under its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep applications only for as long as we need them to review and follow up, or as required by law, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to any reasonable request.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to submissions is limited to the people who review them. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take sensible steps to protect it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
